How do I return an item?
Customer Returns
New and unopened products purchased at http://factorydirect.ufandd.com may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery for a 100% refund. After the fifteenth day from the date of delivery no products may be returned. Any goods received after the fifteenth day from the date of delivery will be sent back to the sender at the senders expense. All products must be returned in their original packaging and contain all original materials included with the shipment. If a used product is returned then it will be sent back to the sender’s address at the senders expense.
All returned items are inspected and subject to a partial, or no refund, if it has been used. If the product returned is a manufacturing defect then a 100% refund will be issued. All non-defective customer returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Every customer return must have a Return Authorization Number (which can be acquired by contacting customer service at 847-296-6500). If a product is returned to factorydirect.ufandd.com without a Return Authorization Number(RA#) then it will be shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense.
Exchanges
All products purchased at http://factorydirect.ufandd.com may be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery. No items maybe returned after 15 days from the date of delivery. Products for exchange must be returned to http://factorydirect.ufandd.com in their original packaging and contain all original shipment materials. All goods returned for exchange must be in new and unused condition. Products for exchange will be inspected when received and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
